Job Title: Content Creator and Social Media Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and dynamic Content Creator and Social Media Specialist to enhance our online presence and engage with our target audience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing content across various social media platforms to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy Development: Design and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's marketing goals and brand identity.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging, and original content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, tailored to our services in cleaning and technical domains.
• Social Media Management: Oversee and manage all company social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting schedules and timely responses to audience interactions.
• Audience Engagement: Foster and grow online communities by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and encouraging user-generated content.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of content and social media campaigns using analytics tools; prepare regular reports to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in content creation and social media marketing.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role, preferably within the cleaning, technical services, or related industries.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and associated analytics tools.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
• Experience with graphic design tools and video editing software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines.
• Experience with paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
