As a Content Creator & Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative content strategies to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. You will play a key role in showcasing our products, services, and brand personality through engaging content, while driving customer engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Develop high-quality, visually appealing content (photos, videos, reels, stories, etc.) for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). Create engaging and on-brand captions, hashtags, and narratives that resonate with our target audience. Produce content that highlights our food, beverages, and hospitality offerings, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns, promotions, and seasonal content.

Social Media Management:

Manage and grow Peaches & Cream's social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting and engagement. Monitor trends in the food, beverage, and hospitality industry to create timely and relevant content. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach.

Marketing & Campaigns:

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including promotions, giveaways, and collaborations. Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals. Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and partners to amplify brand visibility.

Photography & Videography:

Capture high-quality photos and videos of food, beverages, and in-store experiences. Edit and enhance visual content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software.

Community Engagement:

Build and nurture an online community of loyal followers and customers. Engage with user-generated content and encourage customers to share their experiences.
