Dubai based ladies fashion brand looking for a dynamic, driven and creative in fashion industry Content Creator to fulfill the position of Social Media Assistant and to join our team. Its a Dubai based job, not a remote work, as you will be required to shoot content via our mobile/or prof camera in Dubai. As its a women clothes brand and a lot of work needs to be done with ladies - we are looking for FEMALE only.

• ARABIC language or RUSSIAN language is A BIG PLUS

Scope of work:

• Assist in Managing social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest)
• Create content from scratch: engaging Instagram REELS , TikTok, stories, posts - if you don't know how to create engaging Reels with high number of views - this job won't be suitable.
• Photo editing / video editing skills ( via mobile apps or Adobe softwares)
• Assist in developing engaging, creative, and innovative content strategy for regularly scheduled Social Media posts, blog posts
• Ability to grow organic followers in social media is a MUST
• Interact with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the company's social pages
• Monitor the competition and be aware of market changes and developments in social media best practice
• Influencers/affiliate partners outreach and relationship management
• Evaluating all social media campaigns and its performance across different platforms
• Assist in arranging and executing photoshoots by arranging photographers and models and finding right locations.
• Design of Meta campaigns and collaterals
• Provide support for any marketing activity
• All ancillary tasks which might be necessary for effective discharge of role
• Copywriting skills in fashion industry and having knowledge of ladies fashion

Requirements:

- Experience in making engaging contents using Instagram, TikTok is a must. If you don't have experience with creating ENGAGING content - this role will not be suitable for you

- Social media lover - hungry for fun content creation and always up to date with social trends

- Experience in photography and video editing

- Skills of graphic design is preferred

- Work experience: 0-2 years in a similar role or have graduated from a similar field of study

- Experience in fashion SMM is a bonus

- Previous experience in working with local female influencers is big plus

- Microsoft Office skill (Especially Excel)

- Google Sheets

- Self starter and can do attitude

Work Remotely:

• No, you have to be present for the content creation process

Job Type: Preferably Full-time, can be negotiated

It's a female position as work will be required to interact with female customers and partners
