Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Content and Video Producer to join our real estate company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging, high-quality content that showcases our properties, supports our marketing efforts, and enhances our brand presence. This role involves creating both written and visual content, with a particular focus on video production for multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce compelling video content for property tours, promotional campaigns, client testimonials, and corporate events.
• Create written content such as property descriptions, blog posts, social media captions, and newsletters to complement video production.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align content strategies with business objectives and brand guidelines.
• Manage all aspects of video production, from storyboarding, scripting, and pre-production to filming, editing, and post-production.
• Conduct video shoots on-site at various properties, ensuring high production quality.
• Edit videos for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, website) and optimise content for maximum engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring that content is fresh and engaging.
• Maintain an organised archive of content for future use and repurposing

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Film, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years' experience in video production, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably in the real estate or luxury sectors.
• Strong proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Excellent storytelling skills and the ability to create engaging narratives through video and written content.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends, with experience creating platform-specific content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with real estate or lifestyle content is a plus.
• Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, or drone videography is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with digital marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Strong photography and videography skills.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
