The Role

Looking for a creative and dynamic Content Creator to develop engaging social media content across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in photography, videography, and video production, along with a deep understanding of social media trends and storytelling that aligns with our brand identity. Key Responsibilities: Capture high-quality photos and videos for use across digital and print platforms. Create high-quality visual and video content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Develop engaging captions and storylines that align with our brand tone. Stay updated with trends and implement innovative content strategies. Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaign concepts. Edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional materials. Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms, fostering a sense of community and building relationships with followers. Monitor social media activity, ensuring timely responses and maintaining positive interactions.



Requirements

Proven experience as a content creator, preferably in real estate or lifestyle brands. Strong knowledge of social media algorithms and trends. Proficiency in photography, videography, and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills and an ability to engage meaningfully with an online audience.
