Roles & Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy

Develop engaging

written, visual, and video content

for

social media, blogs, and marketing campaigns

. Research and create trending content that aligns with

entertainment, film, and music industries and is trendy

. Give blog ideas/articles for marketing and brand building. Brainstorm

viral video concepts, reels, and interactive social media content

. Write compelling

scripts, captions, and social media copy

to enhance brand engagement.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

Create

Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks, and Facebook videos

that drive engagement. Work with designers and video editors to produce

high-quality, shareable content

. Plan and execute

content calendars and digital marketing campaigns

.

Video & Visual Content Production

Assist in

filming, directing, and editing

short-form videos, BTS clips, and interviews. Develop

creative video storylines and concepts

for promotional content. Work with the

production team to capture on-set and behind-the-scenes moments

.

Community Engagement & Brand Growth

Interact with audiences through

comments, polls, and interactive posts

. Collaborate with

influencers, musicians, and filmmakers

to amplify content reach. Bring in collaboration opportunities of brands to collab with influencers/artists. Ability to work in teams with other experienced colleagues and interns. Provide training as and when required to the interns. Monitor analytics to track engagement and refine content strategy.

Requirements & Skills:

Strong experience in

content creation, social media marketing, or digital storytelling

. Proficiency in

Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms

. Ability to

write engaging scripts, captions, and short-form content

. Basic video editing skills in

Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva

. Passion for

pop culture, and entertainment content

.

Bonus:

Photography and on-set video production experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or experience in

Media, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or a related field

. Experience working in

entertainment, music, or film production

is a plus. Ability to work

independently and in teams

while handling multiple projects. Indians are preferred.
