Overview

Code Hive is seeking a

creative and strategic Content Creator

to develop high-quality digital content that enhances our brand presence and engages our target audience. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing compelling written, visual, and multimedia content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to ensure content aligns with business goals and brand identity. This role requires a mix of creativity, storytelling skills, and a strong understanding of digital trends.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Development

Create engaging content, including social media posts, blog articles, graphics, videos, and other multimedia formats. Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand voice. Develop scripts for video content, ensuring they communicate messages effectively. Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement.

Social Media & Digital Strategy

Plan and execute content strategies tailored for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Manage and schedule content across platforms to maintain a consistent brand presence. Monitor trends, hashtags, and emerging content formats to keep our brand relevant. Engage with online communities and respond to comments to foster audience interaction.

Creative Collaboration

Work closely with designers, videographers, and marketing teams to produce high-impact content. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring fresh ideas to enhance brand storytelling. Ensure brand consistency across all content and marketing materials.

Analytics & Performance Optimization

Track content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly. Conduct audience research to understand content preferences and engagement patterns. A/B test different content formats to determine what resonates best with our audience.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience

in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field. Strong

storytelling and copywriting skills

for various content types. Proficiency in

content creation tools

such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), and video editing software. Knowledge of

social media trends, algorithms, and best practices

. Experience with

content marketing and audience engagement strategies

. Ability to multitask and manage multiple content projects under deadlines. Fluency in

English and Arabic

is preferred. Familiarity with

AI-driven content tools

is a plus.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
