Job Title: Content Creator and Ads Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Creator and Ads Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing compelling content across various platforms and managing advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Develop, write, and edit high-quality content for social media, blogs, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing materials. Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing multimedia content (videos, infographics, images). Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Ads Management:

Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to optimize ad performance and reach. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

Strategy Development:

Develop and implement content and advertising strategies that align with overall marketing goals. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure effective marketing initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, promotions, and events.

SEO and Analytics:

Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and search engine rankings. Utilize analytics tools to track content performance and user engagement, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in content creation and digital advertising (minimum 3 years). Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Skills:

Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
