Job Description

:

We are looking for a

Videographer & Content Creator

to join our team and produce high-quality video content for social media platforms, property listings, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will work closely with our team of brokers to create engaging and dynamic content, ensuring quick turnaround times for edited footage.

Key Responsibilities:

Filming & Editing:

Capture and edit videos daily, including introductory property listings, marketing content, and behind-the-scenes footage.

Broker Content Creation:

Spend one day per week with each broker (

5 brokers in total

)--

half the day filming, half the day editing.

Social Media Content:

Create videos tailored for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.

Fast Turnaround:

Deliver fully edited videos

on the same day

or by the

next morning

before filming with the next agent.

Location Shoots:

Film at various locations, including sales and marketing suites of developers, offices, and property sites.

Equipment Handling:

Use a provided

DJI gimbal

and

film using an iPhone

(no additional filming equipment will be provided).

Occasional Weekend Work:

Some weekends may be required for

important events.

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years

of experience in videography and content creation. Proficiency in video

filming, editing, and storytelling.

Strong knowledge of social media trends and best practices for video content. Ability to consistently meet tight deadlines with accountability and efficiency.

Animation skills

are a plus but not essential. Must have a

car and a valid driver's license

Must submit a

portfolio/showreel

as part of the application process.
