Innovex Agency is looking for a talented

Content Creator

to join our dynamic team. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging, creative, and high-quality content across various platforms. This includes creating videos, graphics, blog posts, social media content, and other digital assets to promote our clients' brands and services. You will also be required to stay updated with the latest trends, create mood boards to guide content creation, and utilize AI software and tools to enhance the creative process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, strong creative abilities, and a keen understanding of how to craft content that resonates with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Ideation:

Develop engaging and original content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, videos, and other digital channels. Stay up-to-date with

current content trends

, integrating popular formats and styles into your content. Create

mood boards

with visuals, graphics, and video references to guide the creative team and ensure content aligns with client objectives. Work closely with the creative team to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and goals.

Multimedia Content Production:

Create, shoot, and edit videos, images, and other digital content to meet high-quality production standards. Produce engaging social media posts, stories, graphics, and other multimedia assets that capture attention and drive engagement.

Creative Tools & AI Software Utilization:

Use

AI-based tools

and creative software to optimize and streamline the content creation process (e.g., AI-assisted video editing, content generation, or design tools). Apply your knowledge of AI software to create innovative content and explore new creative possibilities.

Content Strategy & Execution:

Plan and schedule content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) based on the content calendar. Collaborate with the content strategy team to ensure content is aligned with campaigns and will generate maximum engagement. Research trends and competitor content to stay ahead of industry changes and adapt to the latest strategies.

Collaboration & Feedback:

Collaborate with the production, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive content across all platforms. Take feedback from clients and internal teams, making necessary adjustments to content as required.

Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor and analyze content performance across different platforms to identify areas for improvement. Use insights to optimize future content creation and improve engagement rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a

Content Creator

,

Social Media Manager

, or similar role in content production. Proficiency in

video production

,

photo editing

, and

graphic design

tools such as

Adobe Creative Suite

(Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator). Strong understanding of

social media platforms

(Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) and how to create platform-specific content. Knowledge of current

content trends

and the ability to incorporate them into content creation. Ability to conceptualize and create engaging content that resonates with various target audiences. Experience with

mood board creation

using images, videos, and design elements to guide the creative process. Proficiency in using

AI-based tools

for content creation and enhancement (e.g., AI-assisted editing, content generation, design). Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality written content (e.g., blog posts, captions, etc.). Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights). Creative thinking with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple content projects simultaneously. Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Working Hours & Days:

Full-time position, 5 days a week, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Hiring Process:

Round 1:

Initial Screening

Review of portfolio showcasing your content creation, video production, and social media work. Discussion on creative processes, content strategies, and engagement tactics.

Round 2:

Practical Assignment & Final Evaluation

Candidates will be asked to create a sample content piece (e.g., video, social media post, blog) based on a brief. Presentation and discussion of your previous content campaigns and how you measure success.
We are looking for a

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
