As a Content Creator at ICONS Business Setup, you will play a key role in crafting content that promotes the company's services and engages with our audience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop Engaging Content:

Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (primarily video) for our social media and digital platforms to increase brand visibility and audience engagement. Ability to host podcasts is a plus.

• Collaborate on Strategy:

Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute content strategies that align with our business goals and appeal to our target audience.

• Stay Current on Trends:

Research the latest industry trends, competitor strategies, and social media best practices to keep content fresh, relevant, and compelling.

• Optimize for Performance:

Utilize SEO best practices, keywords, and analytics tools to optimize content for better reach, engagement, and conversions.

• Monitor and Engage:

Track content performance metrics, engage with our online community, respond to comments, and make data-driven adjustments to improve overall strategy and performance.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: 1-3 years in content creation, social media, or digital marketing with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency: Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., CMS, design software like Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
• SEO Knowledge: A solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and how to apply them to content for better visibility.
• Creative Skills: Strong creative ability with a trend-driven mindset to craft content that resonates with our audience.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 3,000 per month
• Incentives: Performance-based incentives to be discussed during the interview process.
