• Content Creation: Develop a wide range of engaging content, including blog posts, videos, social media posts, podcasts, and email newsletters, that effectively communicate our brand message and showcase our properties.
• Market trends: Craft compelling narratives around our listings, neighbourhood features, and market trends that resonate with our target audience and enhance our brand's story.
• Multimedia Production: Create dynamic visual content, including photos, infographics, and videos that highlight properties and promote marketing campaigns.
• Social Media Strategy: Design and implement creative social media campaigns that engage our audience, build community, and drive traffic to our website.
• SEO and Analytics: Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and track performance metrics, providing insights to refine content strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, sales agents, and graphic designers to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
• Trend Awareness: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content marketing to keep our strategies fresh and innovative.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a content creator or similar role, ideally in the real estate industry.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a knack for crafting engaging content.
• Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools (e.g., Adobe, Canva, video editing software).
• Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
