Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage our company's social media platforms, produce engaging video content, and bring innovative ideas to optimize our social media presence. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent video production skills, and a strategic mindset to enhance our brand's online presence.

Social Media Management:

• Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
• Monitor social media trends and adjust content strategies accordingly.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Video Production:

• Produce high-quality video content, including reels, shorts, and other formats, to showcase our products, services, and company culture.
• Handle all aspects of video production, including planning, scripting, shooting, editing, and post-production.
• Ensure videos are optimized for each platform and align with our brand voice and aesthetic.

Creative Ideation:

• Bring original and innovative ideas to the table to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop content ideas that support our marketing campaigns and business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate new techniques into content creation.

Optimization and Analytics:

• Analyze social media metrics and performance data to optimize content and improve engagement rates.
• Use insights to adjust strategies and content plans to maximize reach and impact.
• Prepare regular reports on social media performance and provide actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
• Proficiency in video production, including filming, editing, and post-production.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate original ideas.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and metrics.
• Graphic design skills are a plus.
