Job Description

As a Content Creator will be responsible for developing engaging and visually appealing content that resonates with our target audience. You will work closely with our marketing team to craft compelling narratives, create captivating visuals, and drive our brand's presence across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement content strategies for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Create and edit engaging content, including videos, infographics, social media posts, and more.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging and marketing goals.
• Work closely with the Social Media Executive to ensure content is optimized for social platforms and adheres to best practices.
• Monitor and analyze content performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing strategies.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content.
• Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Produce high-quality visual content, including photography and videography, to support the content strategy.
• Maintain brand consistency across all content and platforms.
• Contribute to the overall brand recognition and top-of-mind awareness for all brands under the group.

Competencies:

• Content Engagement - Track metrics such as likes, shares, comments, and overall engagement rates on social media platforms, depending on the concept and creativity of the content.
• Content Reach - Measure the reach of content across different platforms and monitor the growth of followers/subscribers based on the creativity and conceptualization of the content.
• Content Quality - Assess the quality of content based on creativity, accuracy, and alignment with brand messaging.
• Content Production - Monitor the volume of content produced and ensure deadlines are met.
• Audience Growth - Track the increase in followers/subscribers on social media and other platforms, working closely with the Social Media Executive to identify ways of improvement.
• Brand Recognition - Evaluate the impact of content on enhancing overall brand recognition and top-of-mind awareness.

Measurable Objectives:

• Create a specified number of engaging posts per week on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, generating no less than a 30% engagement rate.
• Produce and upload two informative and entertaining videos per month on YouTube, aiming to achieve a specified number of subscribers in a year.
• Adapt objectives according to needs and trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your content creation skills, including written and visual content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and basic graphic design tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a passion for storytelling.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop).
• Knowledge of the latest trends in the hospitality industry and travel.
