As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and producing engaging, high-quality content across various digital platforms. You will play a key role in shaping the company's online presence, driving engagement, and attracting potential clients through compelling storytelling and creative visuals.

•Key Responsibilities: •

• Content Development: Create and manage content for social media, blog posts, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
• Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Visual Content Creation: Produce high-quality photos, videos, and graphics to showcase properties, events, and company culture.
• Copywriting: Write clear, persuasive, and creative copy for various marketing materials.
• SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to create relevant and timely content.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to align content with company goals and strategies.
• Analytics: Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools to refine strategies and improve results.

•Qualifications: •

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related role, preferably within the real estate industry.

• Proficiency in content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
