Habico Properties is searching for a creative and adaptable individual to join our team as a Content Creator. This role requires proficiency with professional-grade cameras for video production, mobile device management for on-the-go content capture, and a knack for crafting engaging social media content. Responsibilities:

Camera Operation:

• Proficiently operate professional cameras and mobile devices for video production.
• Ensure high-quality footage and capture supplementary content as needed.
• Maintain consistency in style and quality across platforms.

Content Creation:

• Create original and captivating video content concepts aligned with company goals and target market.
• Conduct video shoots, manage setup, lighting, framing, and recording.
• Edit video footage using necessary tools to enhance storytelling and visual appeal.

Social Media Management:

• Manage and curate content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc).
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, followership, and brand awareness.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Script Editing and Idea Generation:

• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop script ideas for video content.
• Edit scripts for clarity, coherence, and alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance content quality and relevance.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Create mini vlogs, edit voice overs, and record behind-the-scenes content to provide a comprehensive view of our brand.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated proficiency with mobile devices and professional cameras for video production.
• Good software proficiency for video editing.
• Thorough knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
• Ability to think creatively, solve problems, with a keen sense of design and detail.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to adapt to shifting demands and priorities.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in communication, media studies, film production, or a related field.
