Job Summary
One of the prestigious hospital is seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative Content Creator with a strong marketing background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing creative content strategies to enhance the hospital's online presence, engage with the community, and promote our services. This role requires a creative thinker who can generate original ideas and effectively communicate the hospital's brand and mission.
Key Responsibilities
• Content Development: Create high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including the hospital's website, social media channels, newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Campaign Management: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote hospital services, special events, and health awareness programs.
• Idea Generation: Brainstorm and propose creative ideas for content that aligns with the hospital's goals and resonates with the target audience.
• Visual Content Creation: Design and produce visual content, including graphics, videos, and infographics, to support marketing initiatives.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow the hospital's social media presence by creating, scheduling, and posting content, as well as engaging with the online community.
• SEO and Analytics: Optimize content for search engines and track performance metrics to refine content strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, healthcare professionals, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
• Event Coverage: Provide live coverage and promotional content for hospital events, health fairs, and community outreach programs.
• Patient Stories: Develop compelling stories and testimonials that highlight patient experiences and the hospital's impact on the community.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or a related role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Skills:
• Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
