- Develop and execute creative content strategies to enhance our brand presence across various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
- Generate engaging written, image, and video content tailored to each platform\'s audience and specifications.
- Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos showcasing our products, services, and company culture.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging and promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve content performance and reach.
- Monitor and analyse key metrics to measure the effectiveness of content initiatives and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your content creation skills.
- Proficiency in shooting and editing videos, with expertise in camera operation, lighting, and post-production techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy and captions.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, particularly LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or a related field is preferred.
