The ideal candidate should possess a unique approach to creating Generative AI experiences for ATL Advertising, Social Media and Internal Communication campaigns. More specifically, the candidate should:
Ensure brand positioning and usability are harmonised
Thrive on challenges and possess strong problem-solving skills
Assess how Generative AI tools can effectively support and enhance content creation efforts
Plan, create and execute cross-platform content creation
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and create successful content
Develop video treatments and storyboards for video concepts, including images, animations, videos and typical campaign content
Shoot and edit all photography and videography in-house and on location
Create, edit and source visual content for Social Media platforms (stories, posts, reels, animation, etc.)
Create content and design visuals for digital and non-digital brand messaging, such as social media campaigns, advertising and internal communication campaigns
Main Tasks Technical & Product The ideal candidate should be an individual with a passion for exploring emerging technologies and becoming experts over time. The candidate in question should collaborate with internal client teams as part of a larger exploratory Generative AI team. The role will involve investigating how to leverage new tools for producing and publishing integrated advertising campaigns, formulating content strategies and managing a content team, among other responsibilities. A keen aesthetic sense for producing visually captivating content is essential. You will be among the early adopters, pioneering new processes and strategies for content creation using Generative AI as a co-pilot. More Specifically:
Evaluate Generative AI tools for their application in content creation
Familiar with tools, processes and outcomes related to Generative AI
Determine best practices in prompt engineering and creation around Generative AI tools for written content creation
Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency
Possess a deep understanding of traditional marketing and branding tools, including campaign creation and video production to propose innovative approaches using Generative AI tools and cultivate new competencies and expertise within the company.
. Be comfortable devising creative methods for building an online presence and utilising analytics to inform content strategies supported by Generative AI tools. The candidate responsibilities will encompass creating visual content across various communication channels, bringing brand storytelling and brand experiences to life through social media platforms and PR editorial releases while adhering to global quality standards. Additionally, you will lead agile photo/video shoots and oversee post-production.
