: Content Creator cum Videographer

Overview: As a Content Creator cum Videographer at Code Hive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence by producing high-quality content and videos that engage our audience. You'll collaborate with various teams to create compelling visual stories that align with our brand identity and business objectives. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to enhance our online visibility and drive audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:
• Develop and produce engaging digital content, including videos, graphics, and photography, for various platforms (social media Platforms, website, campaigns, etc.).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content strategies that align with business goals.
• Write and edit scripts for video content, ensuring they convey the intended message effectively.

Videography:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content, including promotional videos, interviews, tutorials, and event coverage.
• Utilize storytelling techniques to create visually appealing and impactful videos.
• Manage all aspects of video production, including lighting, sound, and post-production editing.
• Use personal camera and equipment for all video production activities.

Social Media Management:

• Create content tailored for social media platforms, enhancing engagement and brand awareness.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of content to optimize future campaigns.
• Stay updated on social media trends and integrate them into content strategies.

Creative Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to understand content needs and deliver solutions that meet those requirements.
• Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of marketing campaigns.

Brand Consistency:

• Ensure all content aligns with Code Hive's brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
• Continuously innovate and improve the visual storytelling approach to keep the brand fresh and relevant.

Market and Audience Research:

• Conduct research to understand the target audience and market trends.
• Use insights to create content that resonates with the audience and drives engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Film Production, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in content creation, videography, and video editing.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (Native) with excellent presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in enhancing productivity is a plus.
• UAE valid driving license. (Preferred)
• Must own personal camera and video production equipment.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: AED 5,000.00 - AED 6,000.00 per month
• Location: Dubai (Required; relocation before starting work is required)
• Willingness to Travel: 25% (Required)
