Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
• Develop, write, and design content for social media, blogs, websites, email marketing, and WhatsApp marketing.
• Create multimedia content, including images, videos, and infographics, optimized for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with the brand's tone and message.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to produce innovative and relevant content.
Social Media Management:
• Manage and monitor all social media platforms, ensuring consistent posting schedules and engagement.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and audience growth.
• Analyze and report on key social media metrics to optimize performance.
Strategy and Planning:
• Plan and execute content calendars to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
• Collaborate with other departments to support brand objectives through social media.
• Utilize data analytics to adjust strategies for optimal performance.
• Identify new content opportunities and trends in social media marketing.
Brand and Campaign Management:
• Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
• Work on special projects such as product launches, promotions, or events, and ensure proper social media representation.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or similar role.
• Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Strong writing, editing, and design skills, with the ability to adapt to various tones and styles.
• Experience with content management systems, social media scheduling tools, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
Preferred: Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), video editing, and/or photography.

Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
