Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop high-quality, visually appealing content (including photos, videos, and graphics) and special promotions.
Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the accounts presence on various social media platforms (such as Instagram, Tiktok ).
Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create social media strategies that align marketing goals and objectives.
Community Engagement: Interact with followers and customers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Campaign Execution: Execute social media campaigns from start to finish, including planning, content creation, scheduling, and monitoring performance.
Photography and Videography: Capture high-quality photos and videos of our products, floral arrangements, and behind-the-scenes footage for use on social media.
Content Calendar Management: Maintain a content calendar .
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media analytics to track performance metrics, evaluate the success of campaigns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
Creativity: Strong creative skills with the ability to develop visually appealing content.
Photography and Videography Skills: Proficiency in photography and video editing software/tools.
Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Additional Requirements:
Previous experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing preferred.
Portfolio or examples of previous work showcasing social media content creation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable.
