: We are seeking a bilingual (Arabic and English) Community Manager / Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our online communities, creating engaging content, and fostering strong relationships with our audience. Experience in creating video reels is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our social media communities across various platforms.
• Create compelling and culturally relevant content in both Arabic and English.
• Produce and edit video reels for social media.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community atmosphere.
• Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Develop and implement content calendars.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall brand strategy.
• Analyze and report on community engagement and content performance.
• Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven minimum of 3 years of experience in community management and content creation.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools.
• Proficiency in creating and editing video reels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail.
