Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Arabic Content Creator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content across various digital platforms. This role requires a creative individual who is proficient in Arabic and has a deep understanding of the cultural nuances and trends within the Arabic-speaking community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning and Execution:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that align with company goals.
• Coordinate marketing efforts with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service.
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze consumer behavior and gather insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Brand Management:
• Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and positioning.
• Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
• Digital Marketing:
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including , email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
• Content Creation and Management:
• Develop engaging content for various platforms, including website, blog, social media, and print materials.
• Manage content calendar and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Event Planning and Coordination:
• Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
• Manage event logistics and post-event analysis.
• Partnerships and Collaboration:
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and media outlets.
• Collaborate with influencers and industry leaders to enhance brand visibility.
• Reporting and Analytics:
• Generate regular reports on marketing performance metrics.
• Use data-driven insights to refine and improve marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and edit high-quality content in Arabic for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and produce content that aligns with the company's brand and marketing goals.
• Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and popular culture to ensure content is relevant and engaging.
• Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to enhance engagement and reach.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content projects.
• Engage with the audience on social media platforms, respond to comments, and foster a sense of community.
• Assist in developing content strategies and creative concepts for campaigns and projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation, preferably in a digital or social media environment.
• Native or fluent in Arabic with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate unique content ideas.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of multimedia content creation (e.g., video, graphics) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
