Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Content Creation Manager to join our dynamic team at Maven Events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital content creation and a passion for creating engaging and innovative content across various platforms. This role involves developing content strategies, overseeing production, and ensuring all content aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute content strategies for social media, websites, and other digital platforms. Create, manage, and oversee the production of high-quality content (including videos, images, articles, etc.). Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content supports promotional campaigns and events. Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to optimize content creation. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure content aligns with brand goals. Supervise content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content. Ensure all content is consistent with Maven Events' branding and tone of voice.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Language:

Proficiency in both

Arabic

and

English

is required.

Experience:

Proven experience in content creation and management, preferably within the event or multimedia industry. Background in leading creative teams and managing content production.

Skills:

Exceptional creativity with a keen eye for detail. Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in digital content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.).
