2. Container Repair Supervisor
Languages: Urdu, English
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Previous experience in container repair (including welding, structural maintenance, and container painting).
• Ability to supervise and lead a container repair team.
• Skills in assessing the technical condition of shipping containers and identifying maintenance requirements.
• Proficiency in using basic computer programs to prepare reports and document maintenance work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with other departments.
• Flexibility in work and irregular working hours.
:
• Oversee daily repair and maintenance for shipping containers, including welding, painting, and repairs.
• Lead, manage and coordinate the activities of the container repair team to ensure efficiency and quality
• Train and mentor team members on repair techniques, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
• Maintain accurate records of repair tasks, including labour, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure repairs comply with industry, company standards and customer requirements
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
