They are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints.Position Overview: We are seeking Contact Centre Officers specializing in chat & call support to play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and satisfactory customer experience throughout the entire purchase cycle. The successful candidates will engage directly with potential customers, providing assistance and guidance from initial inquiry to final purchase, addressing queries, resolving concerns, and facilitating transactions in a timely and professional manner.Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Initiate and maintain proactive communication with potential customers via chat platforms to address inquiries, provide product information, and offer assistance throughout the purchase process. * Product Knowledge:Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company\'s products or services to effectively address customer questions, provide accurate information, and recommend suitable solutions. * Sales Support:Guide customers through the purchase journey, assisting with product selection, order placement, payment processing, and any related queries or issues that may arise. * Problem Resolution:Identify and resolve customer concerns, complaints, or technical issues promptly and effectively, demonstrating empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction. * Relationship Building:Build rapport and establish trust with customers through personalized interactions, attentive listening, and a customer-centric approach to foster long-term relationships and loyalty.Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably within a contact center environment.
Immediate availability to join.
Proficiency in Arabic language is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must be comfortable working 6 days and on rotational shifts.
