Job Title Consumer Marketing ManagerJob title: Consumer Marketing ManagerDevelops and executes the Go-To-Market approach for Oral Healthcare/Hair Care portfolio / category in alignment with the Markets Business and overall Marketing strategy; works with the Clusters and Businesses to ensure perfect and flawless New Product Introductions and Launches.Your role:
Defines and implements the category marketing strategy, activity plans, P&Ls, NPIs and roadmaps. Orchestrates the Marketing Plan & Strategy process with all relevant stakeholders.
Leads integrated consumer marketing plan, based on Consumer, Market and competitor insights
Responsible for brand P&L and A&P planning and execution.
Drives demand generation and ensures that business performance is being delivered according to KPIs such as yearly sales, order intake, market shares, Integral Gross Margin (IGM), A&P, Integral Sales Margin (ISM) and marketing ROI.
Responsible for performance tracking through analytical tools (sales, GfK market data)
Together with Regional Category Leader determines product and service portfolio for the Markets, setting up and executing roadmaps for the introduction of new products or updates and the phasing-out of existing products in such a way that an optimal product and service portfolio is available on the market in time and with low costs of stock.
Champions the voice of the customer and manages a holistic customer experience in the Market across the product and services portfolio.
Contributes actively to the development of new business models and new channels in collaboration with the Sales team.
You're the right fit if you have : 1. Marketing fundamentals, business acumen and 5-10 years of experience preferably in FMCG marketing roles (preferably in Mother & Childcare/ Oral Healthcare / Hair care categories) 2. Consumer focused mindset - skilled at campaign development and management3. Digital Marketing knowledge and understanding plus strong analytical approach4. Ability to build and nurture effective relationships within the matrix by developing strong cooperation with peers within the market, cross business, and cross function5. Bachelors degree, 6.
