AWS Distribution is seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Sales Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the HVAC and pumps products market across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional contacts with developer clients and consultant , and a proven track record of driving growth in the HVAC and pumps sector. As a Consulting Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies (vender listing our product and project designing with our product), building and maintaining client relationships, opening the bath for sales team activities and generating the leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development and Execution:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase market share and achieve vender listing targets for HVAC or pump products.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior management to set marketing goals and objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and distributors in the HVAC or pumps industry.
• Provide technical consultation and support to clients, helping them select the right products and solutions to meet their needs.
• Conduct regular client visits and presentations to promote AWS Distribution's product portfolio.
Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HVAC or pumps market.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and projects.
Technical Expertise:
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of HVAC or pump products, including features, benefits, and applications.
• Provide technical training and support to the sales team and clients.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
Marketing Operations and Reporting:
• Prepare and deliver regular Marketing reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
Team Leadership and Development:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the Marketing team to achieve individual and collective goals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the HVAC or pumps industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and pump products and solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving consulting sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
