THE ROLE
Temenos, a global leader in banking software, is seeking an experienced Senior Consulting Manager to lead the successful delivery of implementation projects and consulting services across the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional leader, a strategic thinker, an expert problem-solver, and a change leader with the ability to drive transformation, foster innovation, and develop high-performing teams. This role will require a strong focus on creating a culture of ownership and accountability, where the success of the team takes precedence over individual interests. As a change leader, the Senior Consulting Manager will champion continuous improvement and ensure that all team members live by the ethos of "Temenos first, team second, individual last."
OPPORTUNITIES
• You will be responsible for Leadership and Strategy:
Lead and manage a high-performance team of consultants, ensuring alignment with Temenos' business strategy and vision.

• You will be responsible for Project and Resource Management:
Support the delivery of multiple implementation projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Proactively manage resource allocation across various projects, balancing workloads to maintain high performance.
Forecast resource requirements, manage utilization rates, and optimize resource allocation to drive efficient project execution.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, project managers, architects) to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and client expectations.
• You will be responsible Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive transformation and add value.
• You will be responsible for Team Development and Performance Management:
Build a strong consultancy team with the right mix of expertise to meet project demands.
Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to consultants at all levels, ensuring they thrive in a culture of ownership and accountability.
Drive a collaborative and accountable team culture where individuals put the success of the team and Temenos first, supporting one another to achieve collective goals.
Foster career progression and retention, ensuring team members feel valued and have clear development paths aligned with team and organizational objectives.
• You will be responsible for Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the consultancy practice, ensuring operational efficiency, high-quality deliverables, and client satisfaction.
Implement best practices and new methodologies to enhance service delivery, ensuring the team stays ahead of industry trends and technological advancements.
Encourage innovation within the team, ensuring that new ideas and approaches are explored to continuously improve Temenos' consulting services.
• You will be responsible for Problem Solving and Operational Excellence:
Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges in resource allocation, project delivery, and client management.
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement strategies to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
Utilize data-driven insights to monitor utilization, team performance, and progress, ensuring continuous improvement.
SKILLS
• You should have the following experience:
A minimum of 20 years in a consulting management role within the software or banking technology sector, ideally with direct experience in Temenos products and services.
Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and complex resource allocation in a consulting environment.
Deep expertise in banking software solutions and financial services technology.
• You should have the following skills:
Exceptional leadership, team-building, and mentoring abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address and resolve complex challenges effectively.
Excellent client-facing skills, with a strong track record of building and maintaining strategic relationships.
Proficient in project management tools, resource management software, and performance tracking systems.
Fluency in English and Arabic required. French is a plus.
• You should have the following education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or consultancy management are highly desirable.
• You should understand the core banking landscape and have a knowledge of Temenos and core banking products.
