In this role, as a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager you will play a crucial role in driving financial performance and providing valuable financial insights to support effective decision-making within designated region(s) and line of business.Job Responsibilities:
Lead financial planning and analysis of Deloitte Middle East (DME) Consulting business including forecasting, workforce models, geographic expansion efforts, and pricing proposal
Collaborate with portfolio, offering and industry teams on all joint deliverables and consolidation of business unit results
Oversee periodic financial reporting.
Develop initial business case and financial models to analyze financial results, plans, projections, forecasts, investments, and business case progress. Deliver timely financial analytics, reporting, and business counsel to effectively measure business performance against strategic priorities and business case.
Provide meaningful, actionable insights, advice, and recommendations on historic and the future financial performance to leadership. Support leaders to successfully implement the business strategy. Work closely with operations team to support initiatives to help the business in achieving its strategic objectives.
Develop processes for monitoring financial timelines and coordination of multiple project deliverables with stakeholders
Supervise and lead the FP&A team for DME consulting finance including setting prioritization, development of internal processes, and enhancing team capabilities
Provide support in portfolio reviews, work-in-progress (WIP) management, billing, budget rates, net investment analysis, and review of profit and loss (P&L) records
Job Requirements:
Expert in financial accounting (income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows) and financial and operational metrics/KPIs (key performance indicators)
International experience preferred, either working with or for an organization that had multinational operations
Effectively present ideas in a logical and articulate manner that can influence leadership teams and drive meaningful solutions
Thrive in a fast paced, matrixed environment with competing priorities, stringent deadlines, and evolving business requirements
Experience working with financial systems and ability to leverage technology to achieve greater working efficiencies
Drive quality and accountability of results from initial input collection to final outcomes
Proven ability to build strong relationships, establish trust, identify needs and motivate teams to drive operational and strategic priorities
Results-oriented with strong interpersonal/teaming skills and the ability to work effectively with and influence senior executives and business leaders
Superior PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Dynamics skills
Bachelor\'s degree in finance and accounting
7+ years of experience in a financial planning, reporting and analysis, with advanced skills in strategic thinking, leadership, complex problem solving
