:The RoleInfrastructure Advisory is looking for interested candidates for consultant role to join our Infrastructure Advisory team. On a day-to-day basis, the Consultant will under the direction of Directors and Managers to support the delivery and execution of engagements. The Consultant will work as a part of high-performance advisory environment that would require to work collaboratively with other teams and external partners for joint delivery on engagements. The nature of the work usually involves advising government clients for PPP procurement, PPP option evaluation, feasibility studies / business case preparation and on the private client for pre-bid financial advisory, model review and preparation, etc.Key ResponsibilitiesThe following responsibilities are primary, though they do not encompass the entirety of the role\'s expectations.
Support the senior team members in preparation of proposals.
Clearly understand the scope of task assignment for engagement execution and prepare high quality deliverables in a timely manner with minimal guidance from senior team member.
Support the senior team members in day-to-day execution, project management and client co-ordination activities and proactively seek inputs and flag issues to them during execution.
Keep a growth and learning mindset and build domain knowledge in infrastructure sector.
Work on multiple engagements through efficient delivery of assigned tasks and effective time management
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in working with large government clients or private sector developers on Infrastructure PPP transactions. Experience in GCC region will be an added plus
Experience in infrastructure sectors (including power, water, transport, healthcare sectors) with knowledge of sector trends.
Strong analytical skills and good understanding of financial modeling/structuring skills
Ability to operate in large, culturally diverse and geographically dispersed teams.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is required.
Graduate / post-graduate from a reputed institution / college
Experience of PPP procurement (government side) and/or Pre-bid Advisory and project finance (private side) will be considered most relevant.
Understanding of financial modelling.
Strong communication, power point and report writing skills are a must.
Candidate experience in the Middle East will be preferred but not necessary.
Required Technical Skills/Competencies
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Good understanding of financial models
Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing in English. Proficiency in Arabic will be an added advantage.
