You will provide comprehensive urological care to patients, utilizing a combination of medical, surgical, and minimally invasive techniques. Your expertise will contribute to improving patient outcomes, promoting urological health, and advancing the field of urology within our institution.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients presenting with urological complaints, including urinary tract infections, kidney stones, urinary incontinence, erectile dysfunction, and prostate disorders.
Perform diagnostic procedures, including urinalysis, urodynamic testing, cystoscopy, ultrasound, and imaging studies, to assess urological conditions and formulate treatment plans.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and preferences of each patient, incorporating medical therapy, lifestyle modifications, and surgical interventions as appropriate.
Perform surgical procedures to treat urological conditions, such as prostatectomy, nephrectomy, cystectomy, ureteroscopy, and vasectomy, utilizing the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
Provide counseling and education to patients and their families regarding urological conditions, treatment options, risks, and benefits, ensuring informed decision-making and optimal patient outcomes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and primary care physicians, to coordinate comprehensive care for patients with complex urological conditions, such as urological cancers.
Participate in on-call coverage schedules to provide timely evaluation and management of urological emergencies, such as urinary retention, testicular torsion, and genitourinary trauma.
Engage in clinical research and scholarly activities to advance the understanding and treatment of urological disorders, contributing to the academic mission of the institution.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters, treatment plans, and outcomes in electronic medical records, in compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional policies.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of urological care, optimize patient safety, and improve patient satisfaction.
Requirements-Experience From US (Board), Canada (Royal College Fellowship) UK (CCT), Ireland (CSD, CSCST), Australia &NZ (Fellowship), France (DES, DESC), And Other European Countries According to The Qualification Equivalence Tables of the UAE- MOH -Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in a hospital environment - Western and Asian countries experience is preferred.
