You will provide comprehensive urological care to patients, utilizing a combination of medical, surgical, and minimally invasive techniques. Your expertise will contribute to improving patient outcomes, promoting urological health, and advancing the field of urology within our institution.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients presenting with urological complaints, including urinary tract infections, kidney stones, urinary incontinence, erectile dysfunction, and prostate disorders.

• Perform diagnostic procedures, including urinalysis, urodynamic testing, cystoscopy, ultrasound, and imaging studies, to assess urological conditions and formulate treatment plans.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and preferences of each patient, incorporating medical therapy, lifestyle modifications, and surgical interventions as appropriate.

• Perform surgical procedures to treat urological conditions, such as prostatectomy, nephrectomy, cystectomy, ureteroscopy, and vasectomy, utilizing the latest surgical techniques and technologies.

• Provide counseling and education to patients and their families regarding urological conditions, treatment options, risks, and benefits, ensuring informed decision-making and optimal patient outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and primary care physicians, to coordinate comprehensive care for patients with complex urological conditions, such as urological cancers.

• Participate in on-call coverage schedules to provide timely evaluation and management of urological emergencies, such as urinary retention, testicular torsion, and genitourinary trauma.

• Engage in clinical research and scholarly activities to advance the understanding and treatment of urological disorders, contributing to the academic mission of the institution.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters, treatment plans, and outcomes in electronic medical records, in compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional policies.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of urological care, optimize patient safety, and improve patient satisfaction.

Requirements-Experience From US (Board), Canada (Royal College Fellowship) UK (CCT), Ireland (CSD, CSCST), Australia &NZ (Fellowship), France (DES, DESC), And Other European Countries According to The Qualification Equivalence Tables of the UAE- MOH
-Minimum 2 to 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a hospital environment - Western and Asian countries experience is preferred. Asians with Gulf experience is preferred.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
-Fluency in written and spoken English
-MOH registered- Preferred
-Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
