- Providing specialized advice as requested by the president and his divisions.
- Preparing studies and benchmarking for legal, administrative and institutional systems.
- Participating in specialized committee meetings as needed.
- Providing developmental and improvement advice at the authority level.
- Preparing the authority\'s annual reports.
- Preparing special reports related to human rights.
