Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in student consulting and/or business licensing in the UAE.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is a plus).
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Knowledge of UAE business licensing processes and international education systems.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite."
On-Going Tasks
Daily Tasks
Respond promptly to inquiries via email, phone, and social media.
Conduct consultations with prospective students and business clients to understand their needs.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing efforts or referrals.
Prepare and review required documentation for university applications or business licensing.
Maintain and update the CRM system with client information and progress.
Provide clients with updates on the status of their applications.
Weekly Tasks
Review and analyze weekly sales performance against KPIs.
Attend team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and upcoming goals.
Generate reports on lead conversions, consultations conducted, and application statuses.
Coordinate with educational institutions or licensing authorities to resolve client cases.
Research market trends in education and business setup to identify new opportunities.
Monthly Tasks
Prepare detailed monthly sales and performance reports for management.
Evaluate client feedback and address any recurring issues.
Update promotional materials and service offerings as needed.
Participate in workshops, expos, or events related to study abroad programs or business licensing.
Conduct brainstorming sessions with the team to improve sales strategies.
