Domo Ventures is a leading manpower-consulting firm in the GCC region. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant / Specialist - Spine Surgeon for a reputed client in Oman. As a Consultant / Specialist - Spine Surgeon, you will be responsible for providing expert medical care to patients with spinal conditions. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to diagnose and treat a wide range of spinal disorders, including degenerative conditions, spinal deformities, and spinal trauma. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for spinal conditions. Perform surgical procedures on the spine, including minimally invasive techniques, to correct spinal deformities, injuries, and other conditions. Work closely with other specialists, such as neurosurgeons and orthopedic surgeons, to provide comprehensive care for patients. Monitor and manage post-operative care for patients, including pain management and rehabilitation. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in spinal surgery and incorporate them into practice. Educate patients and their families about their condition and treatment options. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, coordinated care.

Requirements:

Medical degree from an accredited institution. Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery, with a subspecialty in Spine Surgery. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant / Specialist - Spine Surgeon. Excellent surgical skills and knowledge of the latest techniques in spinal surgery. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team. Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
