Supervise, mentor, and educate junior doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff on best practices in pediatric emergency medicine.
Work closely with other specialists and healthcare teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive care to pediatric patients.
Conduct in-depth evaluations and consultations for children requiring emergency care, ensuring accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment plans.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in pediatric emergency medicine through continuous professional development, attending relevant training, conferences, and workshops.
Participate in the development and implementation of clinical protocols, guidelines, and quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing pediatric emergency care.
Actively contribute to clinical research and quality assurance activities in the pediatric emergency department.
Provide leadership in emergency preparedness and response for pediatric patients in mass casualty or disaster scenarios.
Ensure excellent communication with families, offering compassionate and clear explanations regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and expected outcomes.
