Job Description

:
  • Provide expert consultation and clinical services to patients with kidney-related issues, including chronic kidney disease, glomerulonephritis, nephrotic syndrome, and acute kidney injury.
  • Diagnose and manage various nephrological conditions through comprehensive patient assessments, lab results, and imaging.
  • Offer treatment plans, including medication prescriptions, dialysis therapy, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Perform dialysis procedures such as hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
  • Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure the best care for patients with complex health issues.
  • Manage and monitor patients undergoing kidney transplant evaluations and post-transplant care.
  • Educate patients and their families about kidney health, treatment options, and prevention.
  • Participate in hospital rounds, consultations, and interdisciplinary team meetings.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in nephrology and implement evidence-based practices.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient medical records.

Qualifications:
  • MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Nephrology (MD, DNB, or equivalent).
  • Valid medical license to practice as a Nephrologist in UAE.
  • Proficiency in performing diagnostic procedures and interpreting lab results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
