Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customers' needs and preferences to offer personalized furniture solutions.
Provide accurate product information and answer inquiries to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Address customer concerns and resolve any issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Sales and Product Knowledge:
Showcase in-depth knowledge of our furniture products, including features, benefits, and materials.
Actively participate in product training sessions to stay updated on new merchandise and industry trends.
Offer expert advice and recommendations based on customers' requirements and style preferences.
Upsell additional products and accessories to enhance the customer's shopping experience and increase sales revenue.
Showroom Maintenance:
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom floor to create an appealing shopping environment.
Ensure that all furniture displays are well-presented and stocked at all times.
Assist with inventory management, including restocking and product replenishment.
Sales Goals and Performance:
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
Utilize sales techniques and strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.
Collaborate with colleagues and managers to achieve overall store sales objectives.
Closing and Follow-up:
Efficiently process sales transactions and complete necessary paperwork.
Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction and foster customer loyalty.
Maintain a database of potential leads and stay in touch with potential customers.
Product Promotion and Events:
Participate in marketing initiatives, promotional events, and sales campaigns.
Support in-store events and product launches to generate customer interest and increase foot traffic.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong product knowledge and passion for furniture and interior design.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.
• Physical ability to lift and move furniture items as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
