Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Psychiatrist to join our team of specialists.Responsibilities:\xe2\x97\x8f Assess and screen patients by conducting psychiatric evaluations, including interviews, medical histories, physical exams, observations, and psychological testing\xe2\x97\x8f Analyze data and results of assessments to diagnose patients\xe2\x97\x8f Prescribe and administer medications according to diagnosis\xe2\x97\x8f Monitor patients to determine efficacy and potential side effects of medications\xe2\x97\x8f Develop a treatment plan, measure progress against the plan, and make adjustments as needed\xe2\x97\x8f Provide crisis intervention as needed\xe2\x97\x8f Complete all necessary clinical documentation in an accurate and timely manner\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with a broader team of physicians, psychologists, and nurses to assess and adjust treatment plans\xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate and communicate with case managers and other stakeholders about treatment and careBenefits:Flight Tickets once a yearEducation allowance of children\xe2\x80\x99s30 days annual leave10 Public holidayAccommodation
