We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team. As a Consultant Psychiatrist you will play a crucial role in providing and overseeing clinical services to our diverse clientele. You will work closely with other mental health professionals to provide a comprehensive and individualized treatment plan to our clients.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including diagnostic assessments and treatment planning.

• Provide evidence-based treatment and care to clients, including medication management and therapy.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, such as psychologists and social workers, to develop an integrated treatment plan.

• Monitor and review treatment progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of psychiatry.

• Educate clients, their families, and the community on mental health issues and promote mental well-being.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and participate in clinical audits as required.

• Adhere to ethical and professional standards and ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies.

• Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss and review client cases.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree with specialty training in psychiatry.

• Current and valid license to practice psychiatry.

• Excellent knowledge and understanding of psychiatric disorders and evidence-based treatments.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical psychiatry.

• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and collaborate effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in using electronic health records and other relevant computer systems.
