- Medical degree from an accredited university.
- Board certification in Plastic Surgery.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plastic surgery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, handle emergency situations, and manage a high patient load.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
- Must be Western-trained.
