- Specialization degree and successful completion of a 5-year orthopedic surgical residency
- Board certification as an orthopedic surgeon
- State licensure to practice as an orthopedic surgeon
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon
- Track record of proven success with relevant surgical procedures and non-surgical treatments
- Strong commitment to compliance with all laws and regulations, as well as hospital policies
