Job Description

:Primary Skills:
SCM domain experience with at least 3-5 end to end implementation experience on Fusion/EBS SCM Modules - Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, Cost Management, Product Lifecycle Management, i-Procurement, i-supplier, Sourcing and Maintenance.Required Experience and skills:
  • 6 - 8 years of relevant experience as a resource in full lifecycle Oracle SCM implementations with at least 2 Oracle Fusion SCM/Procurement projects
  • Hands on experience in executing tasks and deliverables in all phases of a project lifecycle like design, build/configuration, training, testing, deploy and support
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, executing fit-gap analysis, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configurations, testing, client user training
  • Expert in Implementation, Enhancement & Support activities within Oracle Fusion/EBS Environments
  • Experience with the following cycles (at least 2) with expertise in configuration and setting up. Awareness on the key features and reports provided by Oracle:
  • Procure to Pay
  • Order to Cash
  • Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, including effective ability to handle client facing roles
  • Ability to effective manage multiple clients/projects effectively
  • Ability to effectively work independently and anticipate next steps and tasks on projects
  • Ability to support current state assessments, target model, migration and implementation roadmap, business case for large scale Enterprise Solutions strategy or advisory engagements
  • Ability to develop RFI, RFP, vendor evaluation and vendor selection for large scale Enterprise Solutions strategy or advisory engagements
  • Ability to support quality assurance for large scale ERP implementations
  • Ability to support program management for large scale ERP implementations
  • Ability to support post implementation review for large scale ERP implementations
  • Team player - proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment. Experience in an onshore, offshore team structure is a plus
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions
  • Good understanding and experience of cloud services and integration
  • Strong understanding of different software development lifecycle methodologies like waterfall/agile
  • Strong understanding of Oracle OUM and AIM methodologies for implementation
  • Strong understanding of business processes and effective analytical skills
  • Ability to travel within the region
