You will perform comprehensive eye exams, manage common eye conditions, and provide surgical and non-surgical treatment options to patients. Working alongside a team of highly skilled specialists, you will have access to the latest technologies and equipment to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive eye exams and diagnose and treat disorders and diseases of the anterior segment of the eye.
Provide surgical and non-surgical treatment options to patients, including corneal transplants, cataract surgery, and refractive surgeries.
Collaborate with other specialists and healthcare professionals to provide interdisciplinary care for patients.
Participate in medical rounds, case discussions, and educational programs to continuously improve medical knowledge and skills.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure the well-being of patients and staff.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects to advance the field of ophthalmology.
Qualifications:
Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine.
Board certification in ophthalmology or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a consultant ophthalmologist (Anterior Segment).
Excellent technical and surgical skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Must be Western-trained.
