You will utilize your specialized knowledge and expertise to diagnose and treat various neurological conditions and injuries. You will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients, from diagnosis to post-operative follow-up.Key Responsibilities:
Utilize advanced neurosurgical techniques to diagnose and treat neurological disorders and injuries.
Conduct pre-operative assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
Perform surgical procedures, such as brain and spinal tumors removal, spinal fusion, and nerve decompression.
Conduct thorough post-operative evaluations and provide appropriate follow-up care.
Communicate with patients and their families about their condition and treatment plan in a compassionate and empathetic manner.
Educate and mentor residents, fellows, and other healthcare professionals on neurosurgical procedures and techniques.
Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and research in the field of neurosurgery and incorporate them into practice.
Requirements:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) and completion of a Neurosurgery residency program.
Board certification in Neurosurgery.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing Neurosurgeon.
Proficient in advanced neurosurgical techniques, including minimally invasive and robotic procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team environment.
