:We are currently looking for a Consultant in Neonatology for a renowned hospital in Dubai.Critical Competencies\xe2\x80\x8bAdvanced Clinical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of neonatal physiology, pathology, and management of critical neonatal conditions.Diagnostic Skills: Proficiency in interpreting neonatal diagnostic tests, including blood gases, ultrasounds, and other relevant investigations.Therapeutic Interventions: Expert in administering advanced neonatal life support, including intubation, ventilation, and medication management.Neonatal Intensive Care: In-depth knowledge of neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) operations and management.Teaching and Mentoring: Proven ability to educate medical students, residents, and fellow neonatologists.Communication Skills: Effective communication with parents, families, and other healthcare professionals.Leadership Skills: Capacity to lead a neonatal team and contribute to departmental quality improvement initiatives.RequirementsTo be considered, you need to meet the following requirements:

• MBBS/MB ChB or equivalent.

• American board/ Canadian board/ Australian board/ South African board or evidence of equivalent qualification (Tier 1).

• Full registration (and a license to practice) as Consultant- Neonatology not Pediatrics (or eligible for registration within six months of interview)

Experience:

• 5 Years\xe2\x80\x99 Experience in the same capacity

• With Clinical and Academic Experience in a known University Hospital
