As a Consultant Neonatologist, you will be responsible for providing expert medical advice and treatment to newborns and infants. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible care for your patients.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and examinations of newborns and infants- Diagnose and treat medical conditions, including birth defects, infections, and breathing disorders- Develop effective treatment plans and provide ongoing monitoring and follow-up care- Communicate clearly with parents and family members regarding their infant's health and progress- Collaborate with other medical professionals, including nurses, pediatricians, and surgeons, to provide coordinated care- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and reports- Stay current with advancements and developments in the field of neonatology- Contribute to the training and education of medical students and residentsQualifications:- Medical degree from an accredited university- Board certification in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant Neonatologist- Valid and active medical license in Abu Dhabi- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of current best practices in neonatology- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Must be Western-trainedWe offer an attractive and competitive salary package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
