We are a leading healthcare company dedicated to providing top-quality and comprehensive medical consulting services to our clients in the Middle East region.As a Consultant Medical Oncologist with Allocation Assist Middle East, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with various types of breast cancer. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans and provide compassionate care to patients and their families.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct consultations and evaluations for patients with breast cancer.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as biopsies, imaging scans, and blood work.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with breast cancer.
Administer chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and other types of cancer treatments.
Monitor and manage side effects of cancer treatments to ensure patient comfort and safety.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as surgeons and radiologists, to provide coordinated and comprehensive care to patients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each patient in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Stay current with the latest advancements and techniques in breast oncology through continuous learning and professional development.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior medical staff, including doctors, nurses, and technicians.
Participate in clinical research projects, conferences, and seminars to contribute to the advancement of breast oncology.
Qualifications:
Medical degree from an accredited university.
Board certification in Medical Oncology.
Fellowship in Breast Oncology is highly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a medical Oncologist.
Extensive knowledge and experience in diagnosing and treating breast cancer.
Proficiency in administering chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and other cancer treatments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Must be Western-trained.
