- MD or equivalent degree in Internal Medicine
- Board certification in Internal Medicine
- Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience in Internal Medicine
- Proven leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience in overseeing clinical departments and healthcare teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to develop and implement clinical guidelines and protocols
- Commitment to continuous professional development and education
- Proficiency in medical software and electronic health records
